I ordered a Podi Masala Dosa and a Cheese Szechuan Dosa—both turned out to be major flops. The Podi Dosa had zero flavor, no podi, and no masala. Just a plain, dry dosa. The Cheese Szechuan was even worse! no cheese, no Szechuan, just a plain dosa again. It’s extremely unprofessional of you to call us spammers just because more than one of us shared our experience. We’re 2 people who placed the order together at once and both received the wrong items. If this is how you handle honest customer reviews, by labeling your own customers as spammers to avoid accountability, it speaks volumes about your ethics. Instead of fixing your mistake, you’re trying to silence genuine feedback. This attitude will only push more people away from your business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
