I am visiting Nellore from Texas to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. This hotel didn’t let us bring our own custom cake because of their hotel policy which I never heard of. I travel internationally for work and pleasure and having such ridiculous and outdated hotel policies will only damage hotel reputation and its customers. They better change their policy. We are a group of 25 and ended up to Minerva Grand. They lost customer and business. I would not recommend for international visitors. Service: 1

The ambience of the restaurant is great, with elegant decor. The food is tasty but lacks refinement, with a heavy use of oil. The service is adequate, but not worth the price they charge. Overall, it’s a decent experience, with ambience being the only real highlight Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Quantity is very very less. Briyani is not OK. first time I went IRA. But not satisfied. I will never go again.Also waiting time is too much. I will give 1/5 for nizam briyani, 0/5 for Hyderabad briyani.
