As an alumni of IES and now as a parent, I always love to eat 'Batatavada' at IES canteen. I am happy with the other Menu too. But what a pathetic staff! especially the ladies at cash counter. They are so arrogant...it's definitely going to lose our further canteen treats. During peak hours, if we are taking chairs from other table, she has a problem because it will increase their work of rearranging chairs. These ladies needs to be trained on communcation and front desk manners. Kitchen staff also needs to take hygiene care. I appreciate the lady who does table cleaning work. She always has a smile on her face and have seen her doing her work without any hesitation. I hope you will consider my review positively and bring necessary changes.
