I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at The Hytte by Samrat. I had gone there with my friends to celebrate a birthday, expecting a good time and service. Unfortunately, we were completely ignored by the staff. Despite being there for quite some time, no one took our order or even paid any attention to us. It felt as if our presence didn’t matter at all. To make things worse, all the attention of the staff was focused on a private birthday celebration for what seemed to be the owner or someone important to the restaurant. As a result, we were left unattended and unacknowledged throughout. After waiting in vain, we had no choice but to leave without celebrating or even placing a single order. This was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. A place that ignores its customers shouldn’t expect people to return. Very disappointing. Service: 1
