You can always enjoy perfectly cooked pizza, rolls and paneer at this restaurant. Most reviewers find the staff good. If you want to experience professional service, you should go to Hytte By Samrat. When inside, the atmosphere is charming. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

A) Since it's an open terrace restaurant the lights should be appropriate or at least all should be in working condition. When we visited, the lights were just too dim like wasn't even able to read the menu properly forget about the photos. B) the table size are too compact like if you are 10-12 people the table they allot you doesn't have enough space to have your food comfortably. C) Music ( no songs just music ) which plays might be suitable for Genz like ekdum hi 12-15 saal k jazz type genz but isn't suitable at all to others who came to enjoy some peaceful terrace vibe & quality time to spend with family overall the music is just . they don't even stop or change as it's against their policy I don't understand who's the policy is for !! D) The food was average (not bad not good) the prices are okay in respect to the location but food taste despite of the prices was average. E) 90 % of the staff was good well behaved but service was slightly delayed + like you've to search for waiters for anything although they try their best to provide you fast but still it was delayed like you have to wait for the food in between orders which isn't anyone's fault but could be managed more efficiently. Overall it's 2.5 out of 5 expected better hope they will improve Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Remark- "CHINDHI STAFF" Suggestion - they need to hire some really good educated professional to show atleast some professionalism Remark- DON'T LET THEM PACK YOUR FOOD , THEY WILL STEAL HALF OF IT Suggestion - we have ordered a lot of staff and as we had such small appetite that we asked them to pack the rest, but when we checked boxes after coming back it was not even the half of the food which we left there.....one full bowl of panner was ordered by us and they have only packed hardly 4-5 tablespoon only and also there were 7 pieces of garlic naan were left and they only packed 2. We don't pay for the food to feed your staff at least teach them some manners. Also your staff is also seen cutting the cake to serve us and then licking the fingers very bad hospitality. Pros - Ambience is pretty and photogenic.Just go there to take pictures rest is worthless. Cons- waste of money bcz I didn't expect this. Atleast pack complete order of us don't try to steal from your guest orders. Food Review- we ordered sweet corn kebabs and taste was pretty good. Panner loafs Just okayishh in taste. Berry blast from mocktails section which was pretty good. We have also orderd Tuscan style pizza as I am not very fond of cheese so didn't enjoy it much ( which was definitely very heavy for the appetite that's why we weren't able to finish the rest) We have also ordered Panner lahori and garlic naan which we were not able to finish and asked them to pack which was stolen from their staff Conclusion - good in terms of ambience worst in terms of hospitality. I wouldn't suggest you to go there as ambience is not everything,hospitality is something which you can't compensate for anything. Hytte by Samrat has a nice ambience – it’s aesthetically pleasing and adds a modern, stylish vibe to Jabalpur. The design and overall look of the place are great for a casual hangout. However, the experience falls short in several areas. The service was frustratingly slow, and we had to wait longer than expected for both food and drinks. The food itself was average in taste, lacking any standout flavors, and honestly, it didn’t justify the price. The portion sizes were also smaller than expected for the cost, making it feel overpriced for what you get. It seems like the focus has been more on creating a visually appealing atmosphere rather than delivering quality food and service. If you’re looking for a place with good vibes and nice decor, it’s a decent choice, but don’t expect much in terms of food quality or value for money.
