Dear Sir, We regret the experience you had at our restaurant. We give more masala in our biryani because that's the type of pallet that this city has. They prefer extra masala. It is possible to increase or decrease the amount of masala according to your requirement. E.g we have a customer who eats o ly white rice with pieces and on the other hand we have a customer who asks for masala only. So that is not an issue, in case you decide to visit us again, kindly mention your preference without which we will give you the regular ratio of masala and white rice that goes on. Regarding the price of the product, it is totally dependent on the costs that we incur and we try to be as reasonable as possible.
