Title: Disappointing Experience at Hyderabadi Biryani Restaurant – Quality Needs Urgent Attention Rating: 1/5 Stars I recently visited Hyderabadi Biryani Restaurant with high hopes for an authentic and enjoyable dining experience, but I was left utterly disappointed by the quality of food and overall service. As a food enthusiast, I ordered a variety of dishes for dine-in, including Resmi Kabab, Tandoori Rotis, Chicken Chaap, and Chicken Varta, hoping to savor the rich flavors of Hyderabadi cuisine. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The Resmi Kabab and Tandoori Rotis were good in taste and texture. However, the Chicken Chaap and Chicken Varta were particularly disappointing—the latter had an off-putting sour taste that made it nearly inedible. It was clear that the ingredients were not fresh, which is unacceptable for a restaurant charging premium prices for their menu items. To make matters worse, I also ordered a takeaway Chicken Biryani for later, but it was completely unfit for human consumption. The chicken and potatoes in the biryani were raw and uncooked, posing a potential health risk. I had no choice but to give it to my dog, as it was not something I could safely eat or serve to anyone else. This level of negligence in food preparation is alarming and reflects poorly on the restaurant’s commitment to quality. What frustrates me most is the stark contrast between the high prices and the subpar food quality. For the amount charged, I expected much better attention to detail, hygiene, and taste. It feels as though the restaurant is prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction, which is disheartening. I strongly urge the management to address these issues—whether it’s improving ingredient sourcing, ensuring proper cooking, or retraining staff on quality control—because no one should have to endure such a disappointing meal. I cannot recommend Hyderabadi Biryani Restaurant to others based on this experience, and I would caution potential customers to think twice before dining here or ordering takeaway specifically biryani. There are plenty of other establishments that value quality and customer satisfaction far more. I hope my feedback prompts the necessary changes, as I believe every restaurant has the potential to improve with the right effort. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000
