The mutton pieces in the biryani were unfortunately too large and largely consisted of charbi (fatty meat), which significantly impacted the dish. As a result, the meat wasn't well cooked through, leading to a tough texture. Moreover, the expected mutton aroma was largely absent, and it was evident that the flavors hadn't properly penetrated the large, fatty cuts, leaving the mutton rather bland.

It's not a restaurant, just a cloud kitchen. The name 'Hyderabadi Biryani Hub' is misleading—it’s not authentic Hyderabad biryani. Check the pictures before ordering. Highly disappointing and not recommended. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
