My friend and I visited Aroma's Hyderabad House for lunch after my friend mentioned that the chicken biryani was amazing. But the reality was something else.We had booked via Swiggy dinout, When we reached we were seated at a table which was not cleaned, they cleaned it in front of us. There was no water bottle, no napkin and only one glass was kept on the table.We ordered Chilly Chicken and Chicken Dum biryani along with a small bottle of coke.Overall the chicken in both the dishes were very dry. I ate two pieces of chicken from the biryani thinking maybe the drumstick would be juicy but was dissappointed, i packed the rest of the biryani as even the gravy was not flavourfull. I am giving only two stars one for ambiance and other for the captains courtesy. Food taste and texture needs to improve and also tables should be cleaned up and prepred before seating guests.
