packing was bad. ice tea leaked into everything. the package was torn. the quantity of sundae was very less

Had worst experience at sanikpuri belgain waffel.. we went for takeaway.. both the workers were least interested and busy with their talk..then finally we managed to place order.. just then we saw 2 cockroach on the counter.. but those worker were least worried and to our horror just I meanwhile we saw so many cockroaches walking on floor.. on walls... yes.. they had even made waffels in advanced and with insects walking over them.. batter, Nutella, cream.. everything was open ... it's so horrifying.. such good reputed brand.. and you'll just vomit we you see their hygiene.. very poor.. it's in such good location but they have spoiled everything.. our belgain waffel experience won't be same ever now..
