went there with friends, was forced to pay Staff contribution, which made no sense. service was terrible, long wait time just to get waiter. food was akayish, nothing much to write about.

The food was very mediocre, the service average. But the cherry on top is the staff contribution which they didn't want to remove and were adamant. I usually don't even remove it but the food and service were bad so I wanted too. Pathetic

The food and BYOB concept at HIDE by Plan B are great, but the staff’s behavior is extremely disappointing. It’s unacceptable that treatment depends on whether you’re with women or not. We spent a lot of money on food and drinks, yet the staff behaved rudely, making the experience unpleasant. Bouncers are meant for security, but here, they act more like goons than professionals. The management seriously needs to train their staff in basic customer service. No matter how good the food is, bad service ruins the entire experience. Wouldn’t recommend unless they improve their staff’s attitude. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
