I had a very unpleasant experience at The Hide. While someone near our group was causing a disturbance, the security staff—particularly one bouncer—handled the situation terribly. Instead of addressing the actual issue, he started shouting aggressively at my friend and my brother, right in front of my wife who were not even involved . His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely uncalled for. It’s disappointing to see such poor standards from the staff. I expected better, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. The food and BYOB concept at HIDE by Plan B are great, but the staff’s behavior is extremely disappointing. It’s unacceptable that treatment depends on whether you’re with women or not. We spent a lot of money on food and drinks, yet the staff behaved rudely, making the experience unpleasant. Bouncers are meant for security, but here, they act more like goons than professionals. The management seriously needs to train their staff in basic customer service. No matter how good the food is, bad service ruins the entire experience.
