I recently visited this restaurant/café with my friends, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The service was extremely slow and unorganized. Even though we ordered only 4–5 items, it took almost an entire hour for the food to be served, which is unacceptable. I have been to many restaurants, both small and large, and even those that were fully crowded, but I have never experienced such an unreasonable delay in serving food. Moreover, the taste of the food was below average and did not meet expectations at all. Overall, the quality of both service and food was very disappointing. Lastly, the pricing and portion size were completely mismatched, as the quantity served did not justify the amount charged. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service quality, food standards, and value for money. Their food quality and service is too good and which is for party hall that is place is congested and not too much space for enjoying. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
