Again unacceptable Experience with Hungry Point I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Hungry Point. Despite ordering a pizza, it never arrived, even after a 2-hour wait. The delivery boy, Akhil, claimed to be unfamiliar with the location and started calling me after 90 minutes for the address. This raises serious concerns about the delivery process, as he wouldn't have had the correct address to begin with. We were forced to order from Domino's instead, which was a disappointing outcome. This is not the first time I've faced such delays, and it's clear that this branch is not meeting Hungry Point's standards. The wait times are consistently long, whether dining in or ordering out. It's frustrating to wait at least 45 minutes for food, even when the outlet is empty. Over the past two years, we've had only a few good experiences out of many visits. The quality of the pizzas is also inconsistent, with varying tastes in the same dish. This raises concerns about the staff's training and experience, making me wonder if this outlet is more of a training center than a legitimate Hungry Point location. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. If you're a Hungry Point fan, I suggest trying a different location to see if the experience improves. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
