I used to trust hungry point but some recent events have changed my mind. Today we ordered our meal especially garlic bread for home delivery after almost an hour it arrived . When we began to eat it , we noticed that the garlic bread was fully burned and it was also dry from inside , it seemed like they didn’t even put little efforts to fill it . When we called them to complaint about this , the staff just said that ‘a new boy made your order so he made a mistake , sorry ‘.. They refused to give refund or send a new order and started ignoring our messages. I really feel that they treat their customers differently based on if they are physically present there or if they are ordering online . They just ruined my whole day because it was a friends reunion but i felt very bad even though it wasn’t even my mistake . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
