Carpe diem – the Chinese cuisine waits for you. Food delivery is a big advantage of this cafe. Many people come to order perfectly cooked filet américain, bhaji pav and spring rolls. Great coffee is worth trying here.

I honestly had the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. The staff’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional. Throughout my time there, I felt extremely uncomfortable. Both the male and female staff kept staring continuously, to the point where it became intimidating. They would look at us, then look at their phones, and laugh while glancing back at us, which felt very disrespectful. Instead of focusing on their work or making customers feel welcome, the staff seemed more interested in gossiping, staring, and behaving in a completely inappropriate manner. The atmosphere became so awkward that it was impossible to enjoy the meal. If you care about comfort, privacy, or basic customer respect, I strongly do not recommend this place. I recently visited Hungry Birds in Ram Nagar, Roorkee — and I must say, it’s become one of my go-to spots! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance felt welcoming and relaxed, with a smart yet comfortable decor. The service was prompt and genuinely friendly. I started with a Cappuccino that arrived beautifully foamed and aromatic — exactly what I was hoping for. Then came the Tandoori Momos: beautifully grilled, flavorful and perfectly balanced. They absolutely hit the mark. Finally, the Corn Sticks (as a snack) were a surprising delight — crisp, savory, just the right texture, and a perfect accompaniment with a fresh brew. The menu is impressively wide — whether you’re in the mood for a snack, a full meal or a coffee break, Hungry Birds delivers. For a casual dining spot in Roorkee, it offers real value for money.
