Hi, on Sunday I had ordered pizza and pasta but the order came cold and late. At that time, your team offered me a replacement, but since it was already late, I had requested to get it another day but my recent conversation with Rahul (Manager) left me quite disappointed. I did not like the way he spoke with me, and I expect better communication given I’m a regular customer. Food: 5 Service: 1

The contact number on Swiggy is incorrect and connects to the Bandra branch. After obtaining the Andheri number and calling, the person who answered was very rude.
