they took more than 40 minutes to handover my order to zomato rider and zimato confirmed rider was at restaurant to pick up order.. I had to recheck if by mistake I had ordered Cholle Bhature in place of tiramissu pastry

Sadly, Huber and Holly has degraded its ice cream quality. Biscoff, French Vanilla and blueberry cheesecake are no more on the menu. And have been replaced with low quality alternatives that taste very bad. I have been a loyal fan of their ice creams but since past few times I have been disappointed. I don't think I will order anymore.

Poor customer service but awesome taste, wish I could give 5 stars just for the delicious cake but the person on the counter ruined it. There should be a mechanism where the company should give an option for the customers to rate every purchase, so you at least get to know your staff's behavior and experience immediately. Now I don't know the name of the staff member but I'll never visit Huber & Holly Kharadi because the counter staff doesn't treat the customers with respect but will surely order online for the delicious taste. Lastly a tagline for you - Huber & Holly "We deliver taste but our store staff is waste"
