Visited Sai palace (House of Flavours ) with my family for dinner.At the reception,the staff were very polite and requested us to wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.In fact, we were seated even earlier than expected,by 8:45 PM. We placed our order promptly and also asked for hot water.The starters Treasure Soup & Murg Banjara Kebab were excellent.However, despite reminding the staff three times,we didn’t receive the hot water until 8:35 PM,after we had already finished our starters. For the main course,we ordered Pot Rice and Pasta.The Pot Rice was delicious,with a generous portion size,while the Pasta was good though the sauce was slightly tangy.Overall,the food quality, flavour, quantity, and presentation were outstanding. Unfortunately, water service was disappointing we only received the second glass of water during the last bite of our main dish. After the meal, the bill was presented very quickly (probably the fastest service we had that evening),but even the finger bowl was served only upon request. In Summary,the food was excellent, but the service needs serious improvement. Water should always be served first and topped up consistently. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800
