Rate Charged : 600/800 per kg
Incident/Concern : I went to the store again on 23.12.21 and was appalled to know that the rate being charged was 1800/kg. To my surprise this is the price being shown on your website as well. I wish to bring to your notice that your staff undercharged me in presence of 2 CCTV cameras.
I have brought this information to the notice of one MR. PRAVEEN KUMAR (Employee Code : 00752) The store Manager there did not have the ID on him.
Both the visits should be in your video recordings.
Kindly take swift action against this.
