I recently visited HOB (House of Billa) restaurant and had a great experience, especially with the food service handled by Rajesh. The experience was abysmal to say the least. Service was a ridiculous joke with most of the staffs being ignorant and inconsiderate to the pleas that was put forth. For instance, the seating that was given to us was very cumbersome for us group of 6, so we requested for a change of table or additional chairs, but they didn't even consider to do something about it. Each dish took about an hour and a half for them to prepare once we ordered. They messed up a lot of orders as well. The food was not upto to the mark as well. The starters were good, but the main dishes were mediocre at best. Definitely not recommended.
