This was my first time trying Nepali cuisine. We ordered the chicken and mutton thali along with the sel-roti. The taste is very different. The food is not heavy on masala neither spicy, yet it is light and so flavourful. I can see myself eating the thali regularly. (Thali is only available on weekends).
