recently tried Baida Roti from house of biryan and wow — it was an absolute treat for the taste buds! The first thing that caught my attention was the aroma — that warm, inviting mix of fried roti, spiced meat, and eggs sizzling on the tawa.The roti itself was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, with a beautifully golden texture.
