Feedback for a recent (7-Sep-2021) *photo cake* ordered from *House of Bakery* The photo cake was delivered on the birthday evening, but the photo printed on the cake was very dark and had a stain too... it was a *total disappointment*... I called the seller he gave me two choices: (1) to return the cake and get refund of the advance paid... This would have left me with a *feeling of embarrassment in front of all the guests* because it was already the birthday evening and how could I arrange a big cake at the last hour... But the seller did not understand this (2) to deliver a new cake in time... I chose this option but the seller asked me to further edit the photo... I requested that the photo can be edited by the person who prints, before printing... All photo printers do a basic check before printing... But this option didn't work out as I had no time to edit, since I had to attend the guests... The seller could have cooperated if they wanted to... Basically, at last, we had to manage with a defective cake On top of all this, *the seller charged us in full even for the defective cake and all the embarrassment that we had to face* I will *never order a cake from here again*
