I’ve ordered Manchurian from Hotpot many times and have always liked it, but this time it was quite disappointing.The taste was noticeably off and not like the usual flavour I'm used to. Even the smell was strange, almost unpleasant, something just didn’t seem right.It felt odd and not fresh, unlike my past experiencesAlso, the naan was way too thick this time. It lacked the usual softness and balance, and it didn’t pair well with the rest of the food. Overall, the quality just didn’t meet the usual standard I expect from Hotpot.
