Hotel Vinayaka is a popular destination for non-vegetarian food lovers, especially those who enjoy fish delicacies. The restaurant is conveniently located near the pettah metro station, making it easy to access. It is open from 12 to 3 pm every day, and offers a variety of dishes that change daily. Some of the regular customers like me ' favorites are kozhuva fry, manthal fish fry, mullan fry and kakka irachi (sea shell). The food is cooked with fresh ingredients and has a homely flavor. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. The service is also commendable, as the owner himself serves the food and the waiter is a friendly and efficient person who speaks fluent Malayalam despite being from the northern part of India. The chef deserves praise for his skill and creativity in preparing the dishes. Some of the other dishes that you can find at Hotel Vinayaka are karimeen pollichathu, chemmeen roast, ayala fry and kera curry. These dishes are also very tasty and satisfying.
