Recently I had a pleasure to visit "Hotel Sakshi" near Shahu Sugarcane Factory on Kagal- Murgud road Kagal. Hotel Sakshi is renowned for its authentic Maharashtrian thalis, particularly the "Dhangari Chicken Thali" and Dhangari Mutton Thali". The Dhangari Chicken Thali typically includes tender chicken pieces cooked in a robust, spicy gravy, cooked to perfection accompanied by bhakri , tambda rassa, pandhra rassa, Aalani Rassa & solkadhi , onions, lemon, and rice. This combination offers a well-rounded meal that balances heat with cooling elements. Their "Dhangari Rassa" is Showstopper. And All other dishes are well-balanced to thali. If you want to try something new in Kolhapuri Thalis then I will recommend this place. Their Food and Service is up to the mark and Prices are pocket friendly. Overall a Good Experience.
