Dear [Hotel Manas], I recently Visited at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback. While the service was exceptional and truly the best I have experienced, I was extremely disappointed with the food quality. The Chicken Special Thali, in particular, was very disappointing. The food was tasteless and of poor quality, making it not worth the money spent. The overall dining experience left much to be desired.
