I recently ordered a Veg Thali from your restaurant via Swiggy, and I’m extremely disappointed with the food quality. • Both vegetable dishes had a foul smell and were clearly stale. • The dal fry was burnt, lacked any taste, and was more like flavored water than proper dal. • The rice had an unpleasant taste, and it seemed like baking soda was used excessively, making it hard to eat. This experience was very disappointing and completely unacceptable for a paid meal. Food: 1 Service: 1
