Hi Arun Moturi, Thank you for your feedback. we are now moving towards the karnataka style dosa recipes sir. We want to keep ourselves ahead of what everyone is offering in the Nizamabad market. The only reason we have moved is because we believe the taste, texture, quality are improved multifold keeping the nizambad customers taste in mind. Apart from that, we have tweaked with our sambar, kurma and other recipes and we have received great feedback since 2 weeks and this includes dosa as well. We have started Thatte idly which is the first in Nizamabad and all these recipes are implemented by our team visiting the karnataka and tamil nadu regions.
