Dining mangement is not Good . Specially when we order kulfi faluda they given Semya more qty .Faluda taste ( Hyd) flavored missed . In Hyd like street Sellers is best . They maintain some Quality and Qty . Food management side worst . They are simply Escaping when we ask any thing . Breakfast time . Ignoring iteam not Available

Visited Hotel Kapila on 12th July 2025. Booked a Standard AC room through MakeMyTrip for 2 days, but had to cancel the stay within an hour due to the poor room conditions. The rooms were extremely disappointing — they felt like basic satrams (dharamshalas), with a strong unpleasant smell. Definitely not suitable for families. Even though I cancelled immediately, MakeMyTrip only refunded one night, so I lost money for the second night. The only saving grace was the food, which was decent. But the overall stay experience was really poor — not at all worth it. Would not recommend this hotel for a comfortable family stay. Service: 4
