The staff is knowledgeable that's what makes Hotel i NAMRA so nice. Spectacular service is something that visitors note in their reviews. But this place hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

The stay was disappointing. No complimentary water was provided, which is basic hospitality in most hotels. The receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, which set a negative tone right from check-in. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.
