I am writing with extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the disgraceful arrangements made by Miss Jaya for our wedding reception on the 20th of August held at your venue. Despite repeated assurances and commitments, what was delivered was an absolute failure on every front. The issues were countless and unacceptable for any venue, let alone one claiming to be a “3-star hotel”: The food quality was shockingly poor and nowhere near the promises made by Ms. Jaya. Guests personally complained to us, leaving us humiliated. * The rooms provided were substandard, not even close to 2-star quality. At the same cost, far better hotels could have been arranged. * Valet parking, which was assured, was completely ignored and left unattended. * Food was served in a highly unhygienic manner, with visibly unwell staff members among those serving. This is not only irresponsible but also a serious health risk. * Air conditioning did not function throughout the event, making the entire experience uncomfortable and unbearable. This reception was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration for us, but instead, it turned into a shameful experience where we were left to face harsh and embarrassing comments from our guests. It is unacceptable that such a prestigious occasion was ruined due to your team’s lack of responsibility, mismanagement, and failure to meet even the most basic hospitality standards. Frankly, it is a disgrace that we had to host our reception at such a poorly managed and careless establishment. No effort was made to rectify the situation during the function, nor has there been a genuine apology or accountability after the event. This shows utter disregard for your clients and their special occasions. We demand that this matter be addressed with the seriousness it deserves. Anything short of a detailed explanation and immediate corrective action will only reinforce the fact that this so-called “3-star” establishment is nothing but a mockery of hospitality. Due to such irresponsible staffs like Miss Jaya and Mr Dinesh who claim themselves as the managing authority at the hotel, your organisation is losing both its value and reputation, and it is no surprise that customers will think twice before trusting you again. Except location, the hotel is worthless. The toilets were not cleaned and washed. Rooms were dirty and AC not working. Overnight the AC was leaking and stopped working. We had our sister’s reception there, and the food was really bad. They served really cold food to the guests and had a sick person in one of the serving counters. Not at all satisfied with the service, would NOT recommend anyone to book this for your events. The amount they charge is of 3 or 4 star hotel but the service provided is not worth the money. We chosen this place for Lunch after my son's Ear Piercing Ceremony in Vadapalani Murugan temple. The food was very good and tasty. Special Thanks to Jaya mam for giving us wonderful service and support. We chosen only for Lunch but they have given one AC room and Welcome drinks as compliments for our event which helped us a lot and much appreciated from the participants. We would strongly recommend this place to anyone else who are all aiming for Good Food, Timely service and pleasant ambience. Thank You Jaya mam and Bhimaas Temple Tree Hotel management for giving us excellent service and support to complete our occasion with immense Happiness. Service: 5
