Staffs behaviour is very bad, they make me wait for more than 40 minutes at the time of check in. They donf know how to talk with customers.

Hotel Yashraj Inn is not good as I expected. They charges more as compared to the services they give. There's lack of hygiene and cleanliness in hotel. Also when I gave them a debit card for my payment, that machine wasn't working. Also staff seems to be non-professional , needs training. Hotelier self is a good person but not good in hotel service. There are many other better hotel nearby.
