I recently visited Tiffin Restaurant at Hotel Winway and it was an exceptional dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with fresh flavors and expertly prepared. For a Sunday evening, the place was buzzing. Good food, decent ambience. However, only 1 staff Sooraj was there to attend to all guests! Quite a downer, considering a family left because there table wasn’t ready, or for us, the Rotis took forever to arrive! Hotel really needs to look into this.

Very bad service and the food was bland. It's not worth the money paid. Went there today for buffet, but they took a long time to find the booking. Then they showed the menu for buffet, which hardly had any options for non veg. No welcome drink. The starters were simply bland. They took ages to serve the bread of our choice, which too had limited options. Service was too slow. Won't recommend anyone for buffet.
