Front Desk staff’s are not at all customer centric. They keep on uttering company policy. They behaves in such a manner as if customers have done crime by reaching their hotel. They don’t even bother to offer sleepers. Restaurant staff’s are really well. The food quality is really good. They are quite supportive in nature. Rooms: Okk. Nearby activities: Nothing as such. Safety: Quite Safe Walkability: In a crowded area. Food and drinks: Excellent. Noteworthy details: I haven’t explored other hotels but will surely do the same. One inference can be given that front desk people are having behavioural issue & it’s better to check other options & keep this as a last option.
