I never recommend this hotel Hotel management should teach the staffs to maintain dignity and decorum with the guests, explain clearly before entering. Bcs, While we 3 enter, they billed for extra bed but they didn't provide the extra bed They said breakfast is complimentary but charged for the breakfast and that food is of very average taste. Receptionist were rude when we ask for all this. Very bad experience with this hotel.

Hotel Western Gatz is a comfortable stay option known for its modern amenities and convenient location near scenic spots like the Western Ghats. The hotel offers spacious rooms, a rooftop restaurant with views, and facilities like a pool, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. I was there only for a couple of days and needed good internet witch was not present at the first room the offered me. They quickly send me to another room where everything was fine. Great service.
