1/5 – Worst Dining Experience Ever I went to Hotel Western Restaurant and it was a total disappointment. The cleanliness was horrible – the tables were sticky, the floor was dirty, and I even saw a cockroach near the counter! Service was extremely slow – we waited over 40 minutes just for water! When we complained, the staff was rude and didn’t care at all. No sorry, no explanation. Just attitude! Even the plates didn’t look properly washed. ️ I don’t recommend this place at all. Total waste of money and time. Never going back! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
