Very Bad Service and Arrogant Staff – Not Recommended I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Vrushali. The service was extremely poor, and the staff was outright arrogant and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns politely, they were rude and dismissive. Basic hospitality and customer service were completely lacking. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Vegetarians & Eggetarians Ordered EGG sch. Triple rice directly from them. Took almost 55mins. Received Chicken gravy instead of egg gravy. When called the number, they were saying it could be mistakenly assumed by me egg as chicken; I asked them to video call me. After VC, Came to the conclusion that egg triple rice is made in same utensil in which chicken is made and hence gravy could have little pieces of leftover Chicken. Since it was theirs last order, they calculated the amount of gravy somehow( assuming ₹160 veg triple rice and ₹220 of egg triple rice so difference amount as ₹60) and refunded me ₹60 This was my 1st order from this hotel. Because of slight human error its impression along with my dinner mood, both got spoiled. Rated 1, Deducting 4 stars for this Chicken pieces error. But giving one star as he accepted the mistake and gave ₹60 refund. Can’t comment on food taste and quality as triple rice w/o gravy/soup is incomplete and hence my review on the taste might seem incorrect. Edit: I read more reviews and saw that customer named Bhagyashree faced the same issue 7 months ago with Egg Biryani and she is too Pure Eggetarian, she posted a video as well. Also the way; their Google page admin is replying to the negative reviews is totally disrespectful. Please see all the reviews then think of ordering guys! Vegetarian options: Vegetarians beware. Order from any other PURE VEG outlet if you’re pure vegetarian or eggetarian! We have usually have waiting customers that’s why order delays That’s coz of our quality And there was no Chicke in your soup That was egg white but I don’t had time to waste on you that’s why I directly refunded you the difference amount of normal egg sh rice and triple rice that was 60 rs As you told me that you are satisfied with rice so rice costs 160 rs

“WORST Service” Had a horrible experience at this restaurant. The service is extremely slow, with food taking more than an hour to arrive. On top of that, the waiters don’t even remember the orders properly. We had to keep reminding them, yet they still forgot half the items. When we raised the issue, the owner was rude and dismissive, saying, “If you don’t like it, don’t come again.” Instead of improving service, they seem completely uninterested in customer satisfaction. Avoid this place if you expect decent service. Not worth the frustration! Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
