This is truly disappointing. We are regular customers at your hotel, and today we chose to celebrate my parents’ anniversary here. After being seated, going through the menu, and placing our order, we were suddenly informed that the kitchen is closed. This was extremely embarrassing in front of our family and friends. We never expected such poor hospitality from an establishment we trusted. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Very bad service
No taste at all
We ordered manchow soup- lot of oyster sauce in manchow soup
Starter we ordered chicken Manchurian in schezwan sauce- there was no schezwan no salt no taste
Main course we ordered chicken egg lapeta n rice - there was soda in rice chicken egg lapeta had no taste it looked like egg omlet was dipped in already made tomato gravy

This hotel had totally been blacklisted from my list of restro
Will never visit again
No tissue paper provided when asked for
Starter was served even after cancelling it
It came when we finished our main course
