complaint letter Date: [7oct 2024] To, Manager, Hotel Amazon D Heritage, Bhimganj Mandi, Kota, Rajasthan 324002 Subject: Complaint about poor service and dirty plates. Sir/Madam, I Udayveer, had come to your hotel " Hotel Veerangana D Virasat " on 7oct to have dinner with my friends. When we were served food after waiting for 20 minutes, the plates given to us were not clean and were clearly dirty. We were extremely disappointed to see this, because in a place like a hotel, special care should be taken of cleanliness. When we informed the staff about this problem, instead of solving the problem they started arguing with us. This behavior was extremely unacceptable and inappropriate. This type of behavior with customers is not good for the reputation of any hotel. I would like to inform you that the video recording of this incident is available with me, and if the issue is not resolved, I will be forced to share it with the concerned authorities and on social media platforms. Also, if needed, I will also file my complaint in the consumer court.
