Extremely disappointing experience. I reached the hotel early morning and was denied check-in unless I paid the full amount upfront for the entire week (Monday to Friday). The staff was rude, unwelcoming, and visibly annoyed. Only after I insisted and spoke to the owner (a lady over the phone), was I allowed to check in. But what followed was worse. The hotel was dirty inside and out, and the room smelled bad. The bed and pillow were unclean, with a strong fungal odor. Within 5 minutes of entering, I decided to walk out — it was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for basic hygiene or decent service.
