The service provided by the staff is poor. No one is available to attend to customers, and it took 20–30 minutes just to place an order. The food quality has deteriorated significantly and to the surprise per person bill was 400+. The rates are too much as per the quality and service. The hotel owner should address these concerns, as the prices do not justify the quality of food. Overall, it was a completely disappointing experience.
