Captain Waiter name : RAMESH (unprofessional and careless.)I visited Vatika Restaurant in Parbhani for dinner, and while the food quality was decent, the service was absolutely unacceptable. The staff, especially the captain named Ramesh, was extremely unprofessional and careless. Despite calling multiple times to place and follow up on orders, the waiter and captain repeatedly ignored us.After our dinner started, we had to wait nearly 30 minutes just for one roti, which is completely ridiculous for any restaurant claiming to offer quality service. Even after informing the manager, there was no real effort to improve or even acknowledge the poor service.Such behavior from the staff shows a serious lack of management and customer focus. I strongly urge the restaurant owner to take immediate action and train their staff properly — customers deserve respect and timely service, not neglect and frustration
