We visited vasantham grand hotel for having lunch. We prefer having special meals at ac hall.. The way of providing service to customer is very bad. Hospitality really very bad. When we give feedback at front desk even we can came to know that person itself was supervisor so they ignore what we said So to know about this concern I'm giving feedback through Google review to take necessary action..
