Our recent dining experience there was nothing short of spectacular, and we can't wait to share the highlights. We started our meal with Bharlela Vanga, a delightful dish that perfectly balanced spices and flavors. The eggplant was roasted to perfection, making it tender and bursting with taste. Next, we indulged in the Matki chi Usal, which was a delightful surprise. The sprouted beans were cooked in a flavorful gravy that had just the right amount of heat, making it a hearty and satisfying dish. The Sev Bhaji was another standout; the crispy sev added a lovely texture to the rich and savory vegetables. Paired with Bhakri, which was soft and warm, it created a comforting combination that felt like a warm hug on a plate.
