Absolutely terrible experience at Utsav Family Restaurant! The rooms were untidy, and to make things worse, the fan wasn’t working. They had the audacity to turn off the AC in the middle of the night, leaving the room stuffy and uncomfortable. The only thing that did work was the TV—but guess what? Even that was useless. The power socket was broken, so charging anything was a nightmare. To top it all off, they shut down the geyser after 10 AM. We came here to relax, but since we woke up late, I was forced to take a freezing cold shower. The bedsheet? It wasn’t even properly dried—it felt like it was pulled straight from a semi-automatic washing machine and thrown onto the bed. And let’s not forget the overpriced food. Both breakfast and dinner were absurdly expensive for the quality provided. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Huge disappointment!
