I visited the property for lunch. The location of the property is surreal. However, it the bad service experience kills everything. It took 1.5 hours to serve 2 starters. The staff is least bothered. They were not available most of the time. For non veg lovers who see Pork and beef steak in the menu, do not get excited. I believe out of the extensive menu only 10% items are available. The property has great potential but the service and food options are disappointing Service: 1

Hi Karan sincere apologies for the unacceptable food service time , and there will be consequences for the staff to explain why this happened. In terms of pork and beef items we need to have these freshly acquired from Mumbai city, and we require a 2 day heads up because there are very few takers. So it is not advisable to store frozen meats for long periods. Sorry about that.

We went to Hotel Uran Plaza for a staff picnic of 25 people. The hotel is located right on the beach. The food, service and ambience was top notch. With the Atal Setu Trans Harbour link, it’s took us not more than 75 minutes to reach the hotel. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place away from the hustle of the city. Service: 4
