I am writing to raise a serious and urgent complaint against Hotel Ullas and the Swiggy platform. Last night, I ordered food and paid in cash, trusting the hotel to provide a safe and edible meal. However, what I received was utterly inhumane and life-threatening. The egg roast was drowning in oil what appeared to be refined palm oil, making up more in the dish. There was no watery it's full of oil. food was extremely heavy, toxic, and poorly prepared. After consuming just 5 chapathis and that egg roast, I suffered immediate stomach pain, severe indigestion, and could not sleep all night due to the distress. By morning, the pain persisted along with continuous burping and signs of food poisoning. I believe my health has been deliberately endangered, and I do not consider this a minor issue. This is a direct violation of food safety laws and a punishable criminal offense. I demand immediate and strict action to be taken against the Hotel Ullas management and staff, and I am escalating this case legally. This is attempted harm to health for financial gain, and those responsible must face legal consequences. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1
