Visited the restaurant on 24/10/2024,.pathetic service, waiter was not at all aware of menu and food available at hotel. We had a large order including soup, starter,papad, rice and noodles etc. Soup and starter was served at the last Masala papad served was absolute disaster, when told to the waiter She replied " u might not have eaten the dish before" this is how it is. Dahi Puri tasted below average or worse. Only food which tasted delicious was hongkong noodles.This is the experience u get when you go to well reviewed hotel in kasaragod. I request the management to provide a basic training to waiter and atleast make them aware of the special dishes available for the day and in the menu. Worst experience ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
