I recently stayed at The Regenza by Tunga, and while the property itself is quite good, the service experience left a lot to be desired — especially considering it claims to be a 4-star hotel. What I liked: • Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was prompt and did a good job. • The premises are neat and clean, giving a pleasant environment. • Location is excellent – centrally located and very convenient for business or leisure. • Food quality is good, especially breakfast in terms of taste. What needs serious improvement: • There was a lack of coordination between staff members, leading to confusion and inconvenience during the stay. • Reception staff came across as rude and unresponsive, which gave a negative impression. • Restaurant staff were inattentive, and the breakfast service was poorly managed – food items weren’t replenished on time and guests had to wait repeatedly. • For the price charged, the facilities and service levels did not match the expected 4-star standard. In summary, The Regenza by Tunga has great potential with its location and infrastructure, but the hospitality and service levels need significant improvement. With better staff training and guest-focused management, the hotel could truly live up to its 4-star status Service: 2
