We checked in Hotel Tulsi garden on 05.02.2025 and continued staying there till 08.02.2025. The service rendered by the staffs of the hotel starting from the reception and the room service were excellent. They were very cordial and took care of everything we needed. Special thanks to the staffs of the roof top restaurant. In this context I would like to mention the names of Mr. Pavan and Mr. Umesh. They were very helpful and took care of the dishes we ordered according to our need. The taste of the foods were very nice. Overall the stay in Hotel Tulsi Garden was excellent. Service: 5

I had a disappointing stay at Hotel Tulsi Garden. The cleanliness was below average—the bedsheets, carpet, and even the room walls were not properly cleaned, making the stay uncomfortable. The room service and restaurant service were extremely poor. Orders were delayed, and on multiple occasions, they delivered the wrong order. This level of inefficiency was frustrating, especially when expecting basic hospitality standards. While most of the staff members were polite and helpful, the male receptionist was uncooperative and unwilling to acknowledge mistakes. They generated a restaurant bill without mentioning the details of the order or their respective costs, and he refused to understand or address the issue. Overall, my experience was below average, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Service: 2

VERY POOR! The booking was done approx a week earlier but on the date of arrival the check in time was 1 and we reached around 3:30 the rooms were not ready they gave us another room for some time till the rooms were getting ready after that also they couldn’t give the rooms which we booked! Won’t advice anyone to come here and stay because they can’t prepare the rooms they don’t see the time! They are not able to manage anything so please don’t come and waste your time! Even the behaviour was very rude! Alot of mismanagement was there! Not advisable at all!! Service: 1
