What ever expectation you have mentioned in review that you could have very easily confirmed before booking the room so that your trip could be more satisfactory. As far as cab service issue you mentioned , please understand its hotels own car service , its not any third party services we are providing , driver is on our Hotel pay role , so our charges are as per our standard. Comparison with uber,ola or local car rental it not correct because they are having their own calculation. Most of the time the cab owner himself driving the car so as per their convenience they quote their charges. Ours is organization and to maintained the standardization we have display our rates in the premises those who wants to book they booked or else other option are their so we think this point is unnecessary mentioned in the review , its like some of the good quality food you get in small restaurant in competitive cost and same food item in much much higher cost in five star hotel. Its every individual's choice. As we we mentioned above, our rates are displayed at reception so nothing is hidden. bye the way in 2500/- you can not get good hotel with all modern amenities and with cleanliness and hygiene( Ac accommodation) specially 12 inch mattress. More than Balcony and window hotel has to be remember with its cleanliness and services. We everyday changed the linen but in some of the good hotel after charging more than 2500 also do not offer this service , they change the linen only for new bookings. One more thing when you booked uber,ola or any local transport as you mentioned they charge 250 and its natural because after dropping you they will get another passengers from that place , in our case we can not take any passenger from that place where we drop our guest, our vehicle run exclusive for hotel guest. Any way this is not the justification , its truth for those who will read this review they should know the facts behind this review. Please do visit again.

Generally we get good review about staff , in your case why she was rude? since you are the guest and in service industry people get rude only after other person misbehave . 2. If you booked through online all details along with room size are mentioned and if you booked offline or walkin then you could have canceled it. 3.All the rooms are having same bed , you would have informed us we could have offer you another room. 4.Till date non of guest complained about it, even before you accommodating that room , other guest also stayed. and still if you were uncomfortable another room could be offer. 5.I think you have not paid more than 2500 without gst. which is very reasonable for AC ACCOMMODATION WITH 12 INCH MATRESS ON BED WITH DUVET AND ALL MODERN AMENITIES. sometimes self observation is required while mentioning the review.
