Mrs. Pushpa Golcha (owner Hotel Palazzo Prime) and Mrs. Jyoti Saraf (owner Hotel KRC Palace) from Tezpur got uncomfortable stay in room no 306 due to AC malfunctioning and there was no food in the restaurant during breakfast. Complimentary refilling in the room was not done according to the no. of person in the room, waiting for tea since half an hour but no response. Service: 1

For the price, the hotel offers reasonable value. The room was clean and spacious, with basic amenities like a comfortable bed, a TV, and a small work desk. The staff were polite and accommodating. The hotel offers basic facilities like free Wi-Fi, which worked well. Service: 4
